Entitled “Aos Papéis”, the collective exhibition of the finalists of the Postgraduate course in Illustration opens on March 1st, at Livraria Baobá, in Lisbon, at 6:00 pm.
“Aos papeles” is a collective exhibition that marks the presentation of the final course work of the students of the Postgraduate Course in Illustration at the School of Arts of the Autonomous University of Lisbon for the academic year 2024/25.
From the four Russian seasons to the attic where everything happens, to the clothesline of Madeiran embroidered tablecloths and the loves and dislikes for food, people, cities, in this exhibition, the students invite you to browse through the illustrated albums, in their most diverse manifestations and understandings, with which, under a free theme, we mark the end of this academic journey which, like so many ends, is also a beginning, of our individual journeys as illustrators and storytellers.
The exhibition features works by Igor Correia, Inês Duarte, Giulia Galindo, Maria Giovanna Mura, Nani Brunini, Sofia Pires, Sofia Luz, Tatiana Fernandes and Yulia Malinina, and is curated by professors Inês Viegas Oliveira and Carolina Celas. Admission is free and the exhibition will be open until April 1.
